"Spotlight" is a global program that invests into emerging startups like a venture capital arm.

"Spotlight" G2M will be a new established unit helping the sales teams for our new invested startup partners to leverage the startups ' services and solutions to our Accenture clients.

What will you do?

Joining our team means you will be a hands-on, and passionate technology leader. You will work on solving some of the most challenging problems in enterprise technology. This includes transforming and disrupting established industries with innovative solutions from the startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support G2M lead in identifying "Spotlight" G2M targets
• Assist in defining service layers, add-on services and partners tied to "Spotlight" (each spotlight investment has related Accenture services or add-on capabilities that could be of use for clients when implementing a new start up solution, also, quite often a combination of startup or other partners results in a eligible client solution)
• Define and set up global activity reporting for leadership
• Track and report "Spotlight's" key metrics and key success stories
• Align with PDDs (each partner development director (PDD) helps a new startup partner to leverage its services to Accenture clients) on a regular basis to ensure a close collaboration and an ongoing exchange
• Assist the PDD to roll out his mobilization and sales strategy globally with all types of operational support
• Work in a small global team that supports a large variety and diverse startups and its PDD's

Qualifications

Here's what you need:

• 3+ years of Project and program organization and management skills (including proven reporting/ tracking skills and working with metrics)
• Experience working with startups and a familiarity with a given startup landscape a plus

• Proven ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously in a responsible and purposeful manner in a time sensitive environment
• Exceptional coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and proactive, strong initiative, resourceful, action-oriented, strong sense of accountability
• Passion to drive innovation for our Accenture clients
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus if:

• Tech sales experience
• Eagerness to develop and strengthen a strategic mindset
• Willingness to work globally in a dynamic and initially virtual environment
• Knowledge about Accenture global technology innovation and innovation capability skills in order to mobilize them effectively is a big asset
• Prior experience within Accenture operations

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $72,400 - $ 114,499 and information on benefits offered is here.
