The work:
- Deliver UX design solutions in a client-facing role for a variety of projects that include custom and/or digital platforms (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega, Appian, Dynamics)
- Create clear Web and digital experiences for primarily government clients
- Work directly with both external clients and internal, cross-functional teams on projects that range from a few weeks to a few months in length
- Promote best practices in UI, UX, and interaction design

Qualifications
Here's what you need:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Rapid prototyping tools like Invision, Axure, or Basalmiq.
- 5+ years of experience delivering interface design solutions for various clients, including interactive wireframes, user flows, style guides, presentations or complex web and/or mobile prototypes.
- • 4+ years of UX/UI experience with digital platforms (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega, Appian, Dynamics or Tableau)
- Actively involved in configuration of CRM UX implementations
- Designs and consults approach for solutions.
- Experience leading user interviews to drive discovery and defining business challenges, co-leading and facilitating client workshops and l eading design presentations to/with executive stakeholders.
- Works with PMs and Scrum Masters to create project plans with deliverables that tie to delivery sprints.
- Actively develops junior resources and coaches project teams for optimal outcomes.
- An online portfolio or samples of work showcasing great visuals and problem solving.
- Master's Degree in Design Focus Program
- Multiple industry certifications in business process, Agile, and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Custom component development vs OOTB approaches.
- 15+ samples of work
- US Citizenship required, dual citizens not eligible
