The work:
  • Leverages knowledge and understanding, experience and competencies in Operations, Business Process Re-engineering, Lean Six Sigma Methodology, 5-S, Work Flow Design, Best Methods, Setup Reduction, Workforce Training, Staffing & Reporting, and Performance Management to partner with clients to drive operational improvements.
  • Dedicated trusted advisor to project teams to ensure healthy business performance as well as delivery excellence.
  • Ownership of at least one major workstream within a project plan, and providing guidance to less experienced team members.

Qualifications

Here's what you need:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years of experience as a member of a business process improvement team
  • Trained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Bonus points if:
  • Bachelor of Science in: Industrial Engineering / Industrial & Systems Engineering / Operations Research/ Operations Management / Data Analytics / Supply Chain Management
  • Certified LSS GB and/or BB
  • CAPM/Agile-Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
  • Experience with direct client interactions and providing tangible results
