You Are:
Our Federal health team is looking for a Payer Strategy & Delivery Lead. This person will work with our CMO in the design and development of solutions and services to serve Federal payer clients.
The Work:
- Design will focus on innovation to address major challenges relative to a range of payer topics, including payer strategy, payer operations, health plan design, claims management, value-based care and reimbursement, social determinants of health, etc.

Qualifications
Here Is What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree or 5 years of equivalent industry experience
- Experience working with payers, including Federal payers
- Experience working across payer operational functions and systems, including claims management
- Experience working with payer claims data
- Understanding of major trends in the payer marketspace
- Broader understanding of the payer role in the health ecosystem
- Strong written and oral communications
- Experience advising clients
- Advanced Degree
- 10+ years of industry experience
- Combination of Federal and commercial health experience
- Experience driving and/or supporting business development
- US Citizenship Required
