You are:
A Cyber Incident Response Senior Analyst who will play a key role in Accenture's Cyber Incident Response Team (CIRT) program in order to reduce information security risk to the business and our clients. This includes, but is not limited to, work escalated incident tickets related to Data Loss Prevention tool, PhishMe tool, SIEM, and the SOC. You will perform eDiscovery as well as threat ID and response duties.
The work:
- Analyze security events and logs
- Differentiate between true security events and false positives
- Perform skilled analysis to determine root cause
- Create and track security investigations to resolution
- Advising incident responders in the steps to take to investigate and resolve computer security incidents
- Stay up-to-date with current vulnerabilities, attacks and countermeasures
- Produce and present metrics supporting proactive identification of risk; escalating and providing recommended mitigations of issues and concerns
- Process and convey technical details clearly to a range of audiences, both in writing and verbally.
- Communicate effectively and clearly to leadership with relevant level of detail.
- Look for process improvements and long-range issues and escalate those to Team Leads
- Work independently, delivering timely solutions without direct supervision

Qualifications
Here's what you need:
- US Citizenship required
- 3 years experience in Incident Response Team (CIRT), Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT), Security Operations Center (SOC) or Information Security
- Relevant information security certifications, such as CISSP, and IT forensics training
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in writing and presentation skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple objectives with overlapping time constraints
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
