Purpose:
The Solution Architect Senior Manager role is a critical client-facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into a technology solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings. In this role you will drive the sign off on the technology solution and act as an interface with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shape services and determine appropriate service delivery locations and related costs. You will also serve as a key member of the sales team to represent the technology solution to the client/internal stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Client-facing in the sales process as a key member of the sales pursuit team, working with the team to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.
- Own end-to-end responsibility for the solution for complex, competitive deal pursuits.
- Able to lead C-level conversations with client stakeholders to ensure alignment of our solution with client interests while also selling Accenture's capabilities.
- Able to define solution scope and involve Solution Architects across other required disciplines (e.g. Cloud, Infrastructure, Strategy and Consulting and Operations) to build a cohesive and compelling solution.
- Able to work with Solution Architects to provide inputs needed for estimation and review their outputs. Define our strategy and shape the deal to increase our win probability.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, as needed, in order to connect with offshore counterparts.
- For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications
What you need:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Technology Environment with a strong focus on outsourcing and/or systems integration solutions.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development and/or Solution Planning/Deal Shaping.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering with an expertise in at least 1 current technology.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience
- Certification in at least one technology.
- Ability to lead a team of experts during a pursuit across to develop an integrated solution while defining the client value case.
- Knowledge of current and emerging technology trends such as new cloud technologies.
