• Provide on-going support of the existing production and disaster recovery infrastructure

• Ensure all facets of the production infrastructure are available and healthy on a 24×7 basis
• Respond to alerts and take corrective action to ensure high-availability of our production environments and participate in an afterhours on-call rotation
• Assist in s etting up and supporting the network, development, and QA environments
• Provide input and directly participate in critical technology architecture design decisions that enhance the overall effectiveness and performance of the enterprise IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in which a minimum of 2+ years of professional s ervices (customer facing) experience, 2+ years in AWS/GCP/Azure
• Working knowledge of AWS/GCP/Azure with experience building a high availability infrastructure
• In depth k nowledge of a wide range of AWS/GCP/Azure services, strong ability to design AWS/GCP/Azure infrastructure based on the application requirements
• Applied knowledge of architectural and design patterns on AWS/GCP/Azure

• Strong understanding and hands on experience in deploying and troubleshooting issues with Compute, Networking , Storage, Database services on AWS/GCP/Azure
• Strong e xperience in designing & implementing security in AWS/GCP/Azure
• Working experience of AWS/GCP/Azure m onitoring & m anagement
• Knowledge of terraform or equivalent to automate the infrastructure creation on AWS/Azure/GCP
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes environments

• Strong Linux a dministration skills
• Experience in working with monitoring and ticketing tools
• Possess a thorough understanding of Internet based technologies (DNS, Security, IP Routing, SSH, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS, Email Routing, etc.)
• Knowledge of scripting and automation is preferred
• Collaborative, team focus with working experience in a 24×7 uptime environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
• The ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations in different time zones

Education

• Bachelor/ M aster's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline

Travel

• Travel nationally/internationally up to 50%.
