Job Description
Help improve the quality and safety of online content, while gaining hands-on job experience. As a Quality Analyst , you will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on society.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Understand and remain up-to-date with client policies and guidelines; resolve inquires according to defined policies and procedures
- Fulfill base productivity and quality requirements
- Partner with internal teams to ensure that decisions made by Content Review team is being regularly audited for accuracy and that performance feedback is being shared with the responsible teams.
- Working closely with Quality Assurance Leaders to aggregate, prioritize, and report on the top issues impacting decision accuracy for each market and vertical.
- As new Content Policies are being developed and prototyped, providing details to local teams around the impact of the policy change on the teams current work and surfaces gaps in knowledge, process, and technology between the intent of the Content Policy and how content review actually takes place.
- Deliver just-in-time training to reviewers on new or changing Content Policies as well as refresher training on existing Content Policy on an as-needed basis. •Re-reviewing decision accuracy audits to ensure consistency and alignment with internal standards and policies.
- Managing investigations of escalations of inaccurate decisions to understand the root cause(s), especially in cases where policies are new, the content is ambiguous or the decision has an outsized impact if incorrect. • Mentoring auditors on the use of audit tools and systems.
- Developing process documentation and aggregating feedback about the functionality of audit tools
- In the context of this role, individuals will be exposed to potentially disturbing content, and will need a level of resilience and maturity. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience in Content moderation
- Ability to work holidays and weekends, rotating shifts including overnight as directed by their team and is subject to change.
- Must be fluent in English and supported Language
- Active Social Media presence
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with confidential information collection and management
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for ensuring a world class user support experience
- Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, self-directed, and inquisitive
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments and/or responsibilities
- Ability to remain neutral and review work as defined by policies and procedures and keeping personal bias aside.
