You Are
Management Consulting professionals design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients.
The candidate will be a Manager within the Banking Consulting practice with a focus on Business and Technology Transformation within the commercial banking industry. The Management Consulting Manager designs and implements business changes that drive development of our commercial banking offerings and delivery of commercial banking transformation consulting projects.
Large wholesale lenders are investing heavily in modernizing their business and technology to enhance straight-through processing, client and employee experience, and reduce cost of ownership. Accenture is growing our practice to help these lenders navigate their transformational journeys.
Skills include
- Industry experience within business, commercial, or large corporate lending segments.
- Demonstrated business and technology expertise across the end-to-end Wholesale credit lifecycle spanning sales, origination, fulfillment, servicing, and portfolio management.
- Successful track record of management/technology consulting engagements across the solution/software delivery lifecycle.
- Experience developing and managing relationships with client executives.
- Commercial lending platforms expertise (e.g., Loan IQ, nCino).
- Develop world-class solutions for Wholesale credit institutions.
- Become a trusted advisor for clients looking to solve critical business problem.
- Define clients' business and technology strategy.
- Perform vendor assessment and due diligence of packaged platforms, e.g. Loan IQ, nCino, Salesforce.com, AFS, Misys.
- Manage all or parts of projects, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, deliverables and risk assessment.
- Deliver Wholesale credit systems implementation engagements (requirements, design, test, deployment, etc.).
- Source and coordinate work from other internal workforces.
- Develop of our next generation Wholesale credit technology offerings.
- Participate in business development to originate new client opportunities.
- Build your reputation as an industry thought leader.

Qualifications
Here's What You Need
- 4+ years relevant experience in management or technology consulting, and/or 6+ years of equivalent in the commercial banking industry.
- 3+ years commercial banking (sales, operations, origination, servicing, portfolio management, trading) or wholesale lending project management experience with relevant systems.
- Experience leading a team, managing at least three resources.
- A Bachelor's degree
- nCino, AFS or Loan IQ expertise preferred, or other commercial banking systems
- nCino or Salesforce certification(s)
- You have led or managed a commercial banking transformation
- You have good communication (written and oral) and people skills
- Must be willing to travel up to 80% (Monday - Thursday)
