You Are
Management Consulting professionals design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients. People in our Client & Market career track drive profitable growth by developing market-relevant insights to increase market share or create new markets. They progress through required promotion into market-facing roles that have a direct impact on sales.
The candidate will be a Consultant within the Banking Credit Consulting practice with a focus on Business Transformation within the commercial lending industry. Large commercial lenders are investing heavily in upgrades to their origination capabilities to enhance straight-through processing, client and employee experience, and reduce cost of ownership. Accenture is growing our practice to help these lenders navigate their transformational journeys.
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop world-class business and technology solutions for commercial lending institutions.
- Conduct operating model assessments (people, process, org) and client needs assessments.
- Perform vendor assessment and due diligence of packaged platforms, e.g. nCino, Salesforce.com, AFS, Misys.
- Participate in process design, requirements gathering, and functional design as part of commercial lending systems implementation engagements.
- Serve as a business architect during client engagements.
- Participate in the development of best-in-class, re-useable commercial lending assets.
- Participate in business development to originate new client opportunities.
Skills include:
- Industry experience within business, commercial, or large corporate lending segments.
- Demonstrated business expertise across the end-to-end commercial lending lifecycle spanning sales, origination, fulfillment, servicing, and portfolio management.
- Successful track record of operating model design, business process design, and system functional design.
- Ability to develop and manage relationships with client management.
- Experience with nCino or equivalent sysytems are needed; Salesforce.com preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% (Monday - Thursday).

Basic Qualifications
Here's What You Need:
• 2+ years relevant project delivery experience in a management or technology consulting professional services firm, and/or 4+ years of equivalent in the banking industry, including managing teams or resources, producing project deliverables, managing projects within timelines and budgets, and interfacing with client staff
- 2+ years' experience working on lending project delivery
- Requirement analysis/functional design skills
- nCino(or equivalent systems) skills
- Bachelor's Degree

Proven ability to work successfully in a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
