Annual Salary Range:  $100,000- $125.000.00 US Dollars
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.  You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program. 80% Travel 

Shift: Monday–Friday Days

Position Overview: 
The HVAC Installation Manager will oversee and manage HVAC operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service, compliance with industry standards, and customer satisfaction. The Manager will be responsible for leading a team of HVAC install technicians, coordinating workflow, and implementing best practices to optimize performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership and Management
    • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of HVAC technicians.
    • Coordinate scheduling, training, and development activities for the team.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  2. Operational Oversight
    • Manage HVAC projects and service contracts within the assigned zone.
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
    • Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
  3. Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their HVAC needs and concerns.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
    • Resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Technical Expertise
    • Provide technical guidance and support to HVAC technicians.
    • Troubleshoot complex HVAC systems and equipment issues.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  5. Financial Management
    • Manage budgets, expenses, and resources effectively.
    • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
    • Prepare and present reports on HVAC operations, performance metrics, and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience in HVAC installation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation procedures, safety standards, and local building codes.
  • Proven ability to manage, lead, and develop a team of technicians.
  • Experience working with Trane
  • HVAC Certification (NATE or ELA Master Heat Pump).
  • Experience with CRM and job management software.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and build strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and job scheduling software.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
