The pay listed is the salary range for this position ($115,000 to $135,000) Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
Are you ready to take on a hyper-visible role that makes a real impact? Join our team as an EV Program Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Service. This dynamic position involves overseeing day-to-day supervision and administrative activities to ensure our EVSE Equipment meets contract requirements. You’ll also support the execution of capital projects related to EVSE installations across multiple metro areas, including Phoenix, AZ, Los Angeles, CA, and San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement best practice operational activities and maintenance programs (O&M) to maximize uptime, availability, and reliability of various DCFC EV charging equipment.
- Service Standards: Ensure compliance with customer specifications and contract requirements for the assigned account.
- Budget Management: Ensure services are performed as contracted, at or below budget.
- Supervision: Provide day-to-day supervision of EV charger operation and maintenance activities at assigned locations.
- Safety Leadership: Manage the company’s safety programs at the assigned locations.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality of service inspections and ensure compliance with company policies and all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Performance Analysis: Proactively analyze and manage both the financial and operational performance of the assigned locations.
- Team Coordination: Direct, coordinate, and evaluate EV resident engineers, ensuring effective work direction, performance assessment, and program execution.
Minimum Requirements
- Education & Experience: High School Diploma plus 8 years of experience or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- Supervisory Experience: Minimum of three (3) years in a service/customer-oriented environment.
- EVSE Expertise: 2+ years of experience with EVSE preferred.
- Technical Skills: Experience with various charger CMS systems and the Google suite of programs.
- Cost Estimation: Experience in cost estimating and pricing work.
- Safety Knowledge: Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and electrical safety procedures.
- Communication Skills: Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers.
- Location Flexibility: Preferred location in Phoenix, but open to San Francisco and Los Angeles areas.
- Travel: Approximately 35% travel required.
