Position Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst (Tech BA) to join Fenergo implementation project for a Japanese bank. The successful candidate will play a critical role in translating business requirements into technical solutions and supporting the project's successful execution. This position requires hands-on experience with KYC systems, specifically Fenergo, and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business teams.
The role requires being onsite three days a week at the NY Manhattan office. Remote work is permitted for the remaining days, following the EST time zone.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Technical Business Analyst or related role, preferably within financial services.
- Experience working with KYC platforms, ideally Fenergo, and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, write detailed specifications, and collaborate with technical teams
- Hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including writing test scripts and managing testing processes.
- Strong data mapping and validation skills related to system migration
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, and Information Technology.
- Solid critical thinking skills.
- Strong organizational skills are necessary to succeed in a dynamic environment.
- Able to create, maintain, and leverage documentation and provide support to facilitate project team productivity and project schedule timeline across multiple workstreams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) proficiency
- Must hold U.S. Work Permission
- Experience working in large-scale financial services projects, especially in the context of regulatory applications and client onboarding
- Familiarity with data migration processes, including ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Experience working with stakeholders across different regions, including EMEA and the US.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
- Bilingual in Japanese preferred
