Contact Tracer Specialist - Work From Home

Are you a customer service professional looking to provide outstanding service and a positive experience to the community in a time of need? If so, consider joining our community of Contact Tracer Specialists that work at AAA Club Alliance.

In a call center setting, you will work on projects involving contact tracing by efficiently handling inbound inquiries and conducting outbound calling to individuals diagnosed with or exposed to Covid-19.

Training Schedule:

  • Start date of October 18th, from 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Training will last approximately 5 days and will be remote, instructor-led training
Work Schedule:
  • Our core hours are 7 days a week spanning from 11 am to 7:30pm. This is a full time position and you will be scheduled for a 40-hour work week within those days and hours including 1 Saturday or Sunday EVERY week. We offer set schedules.
  • Note: The length of these positions is based on the progress made with the COVID - 19 pandemic
  • Opportunities may be provided to move into other positions within AAA.

Compensation:
  • $15.50 per hour plus full benefits
As a Contact Tracer Specialist you will:
  • Efficiently handle inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calling
  • Perform contract tracing duties such as contacting individuals diagnosed with COVID-19, verifying their exposure, assessing their symptoms, and referring for testing according to established protocols
  • Provide instructions for isolation or quarantine
  • Other duties as assigned
Required:
  • High school diploma or GED: Associate or Bachelor degree preferred
  • High speed home internet
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities that allows you to interact well with a diverse population of people during a crisis
  • Effective organizational and communication capabilities
  • Good judgement and the ability to exhibit a professional, positive demeanor and independent work ethic
  • Capability to show compassion to distressed individuals and assist them in crafting resolutions to identified problems
  • Capacity to perform job responsibilities in a remote environment with minimal distractions and interruptions
