This position can work from home. The selected candidate must reside within the AAA Club Alliance territory.

- Lead the technical design associated with a given project or implementation
- Serve as point of contact for all technical issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Produce appropriate design artifacts, including but not limited to: New or updated context diagrams, Deployment diagrams, Design documents
- BS in Computer Science, Science or Engineering. BS or BA in other disciplines is acceptable, supplemented with adequate relevant experience. At least 5 years of relevant experience.Prior experience as a solutions architect is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience with Avaya Aura platform, System/Session Manager, CMS, Elite Multichannel and Experience Portal
- At least 5 years of experience with Nice WFO environment
- At least 2 years of experience with Cisco Video environment
- At least 2 years of experience with Unified Communication and Messaging platforms
