Summary
The Tote Sorter is responsible for hand sorting and moving stacks of empty totes. Each tote weighs about 8 lbs.
All employment is contingent on completing a background check and drug test, in accordance with local and state laws and regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Hand Stacking totes on pallets to appropriate height, following inventory control instructions
- Examining products for quality standards
- Removing and applying necessary labeling
- Tote Sorter must ensure all trash and debris is removed prior to returning to customer
- Able to load totes onto production line
- Wrapping sorted pallets and securing for shipment
- Moving pallets or materials on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
- Ability to complete all production paperwork with accuracy
- Communicates directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager
- Ability to maintain Relogistics efficiency and performance standards of production
- Must maintain a clean & safe working environment that meets Relogistics standards

- Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
- Repetitively lift up to 50-75 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for entire shifts of varying lengths in time

- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required (eye protection, ear protection is mandatory at several locations, safety shoes)

Hourly pay is dependent on experience and other variables, but this is our starting target range.
