We are truly Pallet Management Made Simple, our workforce is the heart and soul of our business, and we're looking for our next Power Equipment Operator to join our team!

Hourly Pay:

$19.00/hr

Shift(s):

2nd Shift Fri - Sun 5:30 pm - 3:00 am

Findlay, OH 45840

As a Power Equipment Operator, you'll get to supply and retrieve pallets and other materials through the different areas of the Distribution Center. On some days, you'll get to hand sort pallets and work on other projects as required by the site. This role is pivotal for the success of our customer!

What You'll Do
  • Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging area using Relogistics power equipment
  • Power Equipment must be operated with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times
  • Hand-sorting wooden pallets, when required
  • Repairing wooden pallets using a nail gun, when required
What You Need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of experience with power equipment
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, lumber, welding, roofing, and/or construction is strongly preferred
  • Willingness to work in a labor intensive environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Willing to work overtime as needed
  • Valid certificate of training from a technical trade or other comparable school

  • Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
  • Repetitively adjust body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for entire shifts of varying lengths
  • The noise level in the work environment is dependent on location
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required (eye protection, ear protection is mandatory at several locations, safety shoes)
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include, close vision, distance vision and color vision
  • May be required to lift pallets by hand, each weighing between 50 lbs. to 75 lbs
