Summary
We are on the search for our next Logistics Administrator! As a Logistics Administrator, you will be a vital piece to our Logistics Team. We will look to you to connect our Logistics Coordinators with other Supply Chain members and other cross functional teams. You will be the first in line for customer inquiries and ensure that they are handled appropriately. We are looking for a top communicator with a "can-do" approach to work to join our team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Primary phone coverage for 48forty and Relogistics customer service phone lines
- Sort and distribute incoming emails and managing multiple Microsoft mailboxes
- Oversee all aspects day-to-day functions including inventory and the maintenance of invoicing for specific accounts
- Be responsible for the day-to-day customer PO placement process, order processing, and communicating with all internal parties
- Assist with AP and AR functions as appropriate and as needed
- Manage the day-to-day communication with various Logistics Coordinator groups to fulfill customer's needs and answer their inquiries
- Inspect and manage the trailer rental program from an operation standpoint and be in continuous contact with the vendors and Supply Chain Managers
- Assist with managing the 48forty Paltrax customer portal; providing/revoking access to new users along with basic technical support
- Running various daily and monthly reports for the Logistics Coordinator teams
- Assist in price gathering and negotiate minor Service Provider pricing issues
- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- 0-1 years in Logistics, Shipping and freight, transportation, or order management
- 0-1 years Customer Service experience and order processing
- Ability to work in an office setup 5 days/week, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Strong AP/AR knowledge with strong analytical skills
- Ability to provide some afterhours coverage when/if needed; especially in peak times

Hourly pay is dependent on experience and other variables, but this is our starting target range.
