Summary

The Financial Analyst will be required to support operational reporting and analytical needs as we continue to grow our national footprint. This role demands excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to recommend and implement strategies due to its nature and high visibility.

  • Core responsibilities for the position
  • Highlight day-to-day activities Update, develop, understand, and distribute custom reporting [internal and external] on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, & annual cadence
  • Partner with various groups (AR, AP, Supply Chain, Operations Team, Service Departments, IT, & Tax team) to support integration, streamlining, and synergy of reporting.
  • Strengthen month end management reports and processes including but not limited to:
    • Invoicing (weekly & monthly cadence)
    • Credits & Rebills
    • P&L Review
  • Help create and relay various reporting such as Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), Scorecards, Dashboards, and other ad hoc reporting request and analysis
Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required. Economics, finance, accounting, or related field is preferred
  • 0-3 years of finance experience with background in financial analysis, preferably with manufacturing company
  • Operational finance experience a plus with ability to work across multiple entities and/or functions
  • CPA and/or MBA a plus
  • Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI & other Data Warehouses
  • Good analytical skills; ability to understand and interpret financial results
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong understanding of both financial and operational processes
  • Ability to provide meaningful and accurate financial information
  • Ability to work across multiple entities and / or functional areas
  • Capacity to perform at a high level in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
  • Ability to convert detailed financial analysis into summaries and provide comments
  • Quick learner, self-motivated, team player with continual improvement mentality
