As an Administrative Assistant, you'll get to assist our Office Manager and Plant Management team with all administrative duties at the plant. This role is pivotal to the success of our plant, and we're looking for someone who wants to be an integral part of our process! Strong candidates should be organized, detail oriented, strong communicator, and able to coordinate across multiple functional areas.

Hourly Pay:
$20.00/hr. to start

1st Shift: Mon - Fri - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

What You'll Do
- Greet and assist visitors at the front door
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails
- Enter customer orders
- Coordinate with production to meet customer order needs
- Coordinate with operations to answer customer questions and resolve customer concerns
- Process delivery paperwork for customer invoicing
- Assist with other office functions as necessary such as preparing mail and USPS/UPS/FedEx packages, filing, and other administrative tasks
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, in a professional and polite manner
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
- Must have superior organizational skills and be extremely detail-oriented
