Summary
The Accounts Services Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of National and 3rd party Account Management. The Specialists serve as liaisons between AP/AR, Brokerage & internal/external Customers.
Expectations and Responsibilities
- Customer/Vendor set ups/updates.
- Ensure proper documentation collection for accurate set ups.
- Vendor Pick-up/Customer Ship-to set ups/updates.
- Service Provider - Affiliate set up/updates.
- Assist internal & external Customers with Account related inquiries.
- Maintain account pricing across applications.
- Coordinate with National Account Managers to ensure accurate account/pricing updates.
- Prepare & distribute customized Weekly & Monthly reports.
- Reconciliation & closing Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly Consolidated Settlements.
- Coordinate Consolidated Settlements for Customers/Vendors with alternate close schedules.
- Prepare customized advanced Retrieval/Sales detail reports.
- Prepare advanced pricing reports upon request.
- Maintain Account Services Inbox, ensuring accurate & timely responses to all requests.
- Resolve/Reject/Void outstanding open Loads.
- Ad hoc requests as needed.
