Our Global Internship Program
As an intern, you won’t just be behind the scenes—you’ll be right in the action. You’ll work with our technologists and business experts to gain practical, hands-on experience that you can actually put to use. Our program combines traditional classroom-settings with project-based work where you can get involved with the products and services the firm is working on. Ashish Jain
Vice President, Developer
Ashish is responsible for implementing new features, optimizing code, and resolving any bugs in the trading platform. He also collaborates with the technology and business teams to develop new solutions and future enhancements.
Danielle Bufano
Associate, Technology Platform
Danielle helps automate processes relating to event monitoring and alerting. Optimizing this workflow enables the platform engineers to efficiently address and resolve any server issues that arise.
Hadley Manfredi
Product Management, Institutional Fixed Income
Hadley’s product management and business development responsibilities vary on a daily basis. She works on new, innovative product initiatives and creates efficiencies for her customers.
Grant Adams
General Sales, Fixed Income Credit
Grant is responsible for driving growth on Tradeweb’s Corporate Bond trading platform by acquiring new customers and building long-term relationships to help grow market share.
Justin Tamayo
Technology Development
Justin implements new features, optimizes code, and resolves any bugs in the trading platform, allowing clients to send orders and receive data in tiny fractions of a second. He collaborates with technology and business teams on new solutions and future enhancements.
Akriti Singhal
Technology Development
Akriti develops software on the Tradeweb pricing team, writing code and designing the system based on business specifications. She is also responsible for resolving any issues or bugs occurring in the system.
Celeste Feehan
Client Relations & Product Management
Celeste manages the Tradeweb Direct client relations team. Her group serves as the first point of contact for clients executing trades on the retail fixed income trading platform.
