Toni Thompson

As part of The Muse’s People Team, Toni gets to attract, develop, and inspire people every day as she oversees HR, talent acquisition, and learning and development. Over the past decade as a talent professional she has focused on, experimented with, and learned a ton about how to make great hires and keep talent happy and thriving. She’s a proud graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Journalism and Mass Communications and loves diversity, data, and leadership. She lives in New York with her son and husband, but is proud of her Midwestern roots.
