Terri Tierney Clark is the author of Learn, Work, Lead-Things Your Mentor Won’t Tell You, a guide for women in the first ten years of their careers. She also writes a blog, The New Careerist, which gives career advice to GenY professionals. Terri was one of the first female Managing Directors in investment banking on Wall Street and was elected to Merrill Lynch’s first Women's Steering Committee.
