Julie Li

Julie Li is the Senior Director of People Operations at Namely and is responsible for driving an exceptional employee experience by building strong processes around Performance Management, Learning and Talent Development, Diversity, Compensation and Benefits. Prior to joining Namely, Julie worked at Citi in the Global Diversity and Talent Management team and as an HR Advisor to the Corporate and Investment Bank. She holds a Bachelors of Science from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
