Amy Wolcott

Amy Wolcott is a talent manager at Sprout Social, a Chicago-based software company, where she oversees the recruitment team for tech, design, marketing, and product management roles. She believes life is too short to be unhappy with what you do for a living, and working with people you respect in a position that is an extension of you is the greatest accomplishment. Her background includes both agency and in-house experience in sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting.
