Amber Rorris-Crow

Amber Rorris-Crow is a diversity, equity, and inclusion specialist and founder of The Queer Career Blog, a free resource for LGBTQ+ job seekers. She has worked in the career coaching and advising space for five years, specializing in recruiting and retaining diverse talent as well as in support for first-time job seekers and queer professionalism. Her passion is in dismantling the systemic ideas of Eurocentric professionalism to make way for vulnerability and authenticity in workplaces. Amber is a Philly native and resides there with her wife, twin girls, and two dogs.
