Alix Hughes

Alix Hughes leads Amazon’s diversity initiatives. She is responsible for driving Amazon’s attraction, retention, and leadership strategies to increase talent diversity, enabling Amazon’s ability to innovate on behalf of its global customer base. Alix has held prior roles in technology product management, user experience, and publishing over the last 15 years. At home, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters, supporting her school PTSA, and leading a Girl Scout “super troop” of 3rd-6th graders.
