Adam Erace is an award-winning food and travel writer and the author of Laurel: Modern American Flavors in Philadelphia and Dinner at the Club: 100 Years of Stories and Recipe from South Philly's Palizzi Social Club. He lives in South Philadelphia with his wife, Charlotte, and three maniacal rescue dogs, Lupo, Marco, and Nico.
