Your Hour-by-Hour Guide to Surviving the Workday When You're on No Sleep
All nighter? No problem! These steps will get you through the workday.

All-nighters are something everyone—even a night owl—tries hard to stay far, far away from. But sometimes, whether you were up finishing a work project or you just had to watch the end of your favorite series, you look out the window after having had zero shut-eye and see that—darn, the sun’s already up.

On these mornings, you can either sulk in your bed wondering why you decided to stay up (and promising “never” to do it again), or you can prepare to power through the day. We suggest the latter.

Of course, our suggestion wouldn’t come without concrete steps that you can take to survive the day. Check out Business Insider’s infographic for an hour-by-hour guide on how you can beat the exhaustion and give your best effort at work.

Hint: Caffeine will be your new best friend.
