Ever wonder what it would be like if email didn’t exist and you had to say everything aloud? Horrifying, right?

Not only because it would be a big inconvenience, but also because you’d have to add in a whole lot of niceties to make your message sound more pleasant.

The funny video below digs into that very idea—and while it’ll make you laugh, it should probably also make you think about your typical email tone.

Tip: If you come off as annoying, annoyed, or over-the-top, you may want to give that message another look before hitting send in the future.
