Fatherly, a resource providing practical parenting advice to men, recently completed research on the top 50 companies for new dads to work at. These companies boast policies and programs that make balancing your work and your fatherly duties much more manageable.

For starters, paid paternity leave is a given at these companies. In addition to that, several of them offer one of the greatest perks we’ve ever heard of—a personal concierge service. From grocery shopping to home maintenance to vacation research, these companies are committed to taking care of tasks that usually take up their employees’ valuable weekend time.
