Feeling stressed isn’t doing much for your work or yourself—here are some great ways to be (and stay) less stressed.

You probably know what stress feels like. It’s that constant pressure to succeed, fulfill expectations, or even get by day-to-day when you just have too much to do. No matter where your stress is coming from, it’s not doing you any good: Constantly pushing your limits can eventually take a serious toll on your physical and mental health.

But once you admit you could be stressed, it’s much easier to tackle. From joining the 10% of Americans who practice yoga to trying out a form of Japanese spiritual healing called Reiki, there are plenty of different ways to banish your stress—if you’re willing to try them.
