Valence is a VC-backed tech platform and community dedicated to creating new paths to success for Black professionals. Our mission is simple: to unlock the global combined power of Black professionals to create massive economic and social progress. We started by building out our network of talented and ambitious Black professionals from a variety of industries. Now we’re taking it a step further by engaging, empowering, and educating them through inspirational events, executive coaching, mentorship, and career opportunities.
