What you can expect
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you can anticipate opportunities to work on our hybrid systems across the globe.
You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and monitoring new systems within a network of global data centers. Additionally, you will patch and maintain thousands of physical and cloud systems worldwide. To streamline operations, you will develop automation to reduce repetitive tasks and analyze and address performance bottlenecks. Furthermore, you will update and troubleshoot user access permissions, resolve network connectivity issues, and maintain
system firewalls.

What we're looking for
- Display +6yrs of DevOps or SRE experience is vital to perform this responsibility.
- Display +5yrs experience with software development in one or more programming languages (eg
Python, Go, Shell) is necessary - Have experience with build automation and configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible) and packer and terraform provision IaC tool (e.g. Packer/Terraform)
- Have knowledge and use of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins)
- Have Knowledge of operating system deployments tools like Cobbler or Foreman
- Have knowledge of Linux systems administration with a focus on Ubuntu and the ability to navigate through diverse cloud platforms
- Have experience with Ceph storage
- Have Kubernetes experience
