The Brand Story and Creative team brings Zillow's brand to life through powerful, compelling, and emotive creative executions. We are an agile, fast-paced group of writers, designers, producers and filmmakers, operating at the intersection of Zillow's B2B and B2C audiences. We turn strategies and key messages into a consistent, ongoing story that makes people feel. From event and experiential narratives, to original video content, to event design and production, we bring a valuable storytelling perspective to every project we touch.

About the role

Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for visual storytelling? Join our Brand Marketing team at Zillow as a Graphic Design Specialist, where you'll work across B2B and B2C initiatives in the real estate, multifamily, and employee space. You will implement creative production of all graphic, experiential content, signage and generalized creative experience for events, in person and digital marketing campaigns, environment design work, and in person frontline marketing collateral. You'll drive the design and production of compelling visual assets that fuel our marketing efforts and sales cycles.

What You'll Do:

  • Concept, develop and implement creative designs that bring product and program narratives to life, adhering to established brand standards and style guides.
  • Select appropriate colors, materials, and finishes for various interior and exterior environmental solutions.
  • Conduct research to understand the organizational, cultural, and physical context surrounding each project.
  • Produce production-ready artwork and final documentation for both physical and digital applications.
  • Manage signage production, including design, proofing, and working with print vendors on orders.
  • Conceptualize and design compelling infographics, charts, and visual assets to support program launches and sales strategies.
  • Create impactful presentations, brochures, and one-pagers to support sales and stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain consistency with brand voice and tone guidelines while proposing fresh, innovative ideas to keep the brand relevant.
  • Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion.
  • Review and proof work for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to quality standards.

This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.

In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • A creative with a strong passion for design and storytelling.
  • Experienced with 3-5+ years in graphic design, ideally within experiential environments.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • Skilled at creating both two- and three-dimensional designs, with an understanding of environmental design principles.
  • Adept at balancing creativity with attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet brand standards.
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time.
  • A strong communicator who can articulate design concepts, receive feedback constructively, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Curious and forward-thinking, staying up to date with industry trends and design best practices.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and consistency in all aspects of design.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
