Your role will involve forging trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring that Wipro's industry offering is aligned with their strategic objectives, and delivering solutions that address complex industry problems, from system integration to advanced analytics and automation. You will work closely with Wipro's Industry Solution Architects and leadership across sectors to design, propose, and implement solutions that go beyond cost efficiency to deliver measurable client outcomes.

• Proven ability to engage with C-suite clients as a peer and thought leader, driving conversations that focus on business
transformation and technology innovation.
• Strong experience in industry-specific technology consulting with a solid understanding of the unique challenges and trends within a specific industry
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE & SOLUTIONING
• Comprehensive knowledge of the technology landscape for industry we are hiring for, including emerging technologies,
regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Familiarity with modern technology architectures, including cloud platforms, data analytics, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Ability to guide solution architects and engineering teams in creating and delivering scalable, compliant, and future-proof solutions.
INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE & INNOVATION
• Deep understanding of Industry trends, such as, and how technology can address these.
• Proven record of leading transformation projects that drive business outcomes in an industry context.
COLLABORATION & TEAM BUILDING
• Skilled in working with cross-functional teams, including product engineering, delivery, sales, and operations, to build and deliver cohesive, client-centric solutions.
• Strong people management and mentoring skills with the ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology consulting or industry-specific technology roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong industry experience in relevant industry with proven success in delivering technology-driven business transformation
• Able to manage a large team that is cross functional and global.
• Demonstrates a high say-do ratio, always delivering on commitments and setting a strong example for the team.
• Able to distill complex technical concepts into simple, client-friendly language that drives understanding and adoption.
• Constantly seeking new ways to create value and foresee challenges, providing clients with forward-looking solutions.
