Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced strategic communications expert to be a part of the Enterprise Complaints and Remediations Strategic Communications and Planning team.

This role will focus on strategic storytelling and executive reporting - building executive-level presentation materials, transforming complex ideas into clear, concise, and compelling content, and reporting on the progress of organizational strategic priorities. The successful candidate will have expert PowerPoint skills, extensive experience setting and monitoring performance outcomes, and deep management consulting experience.

The Customer Impact Assessment and Resolution Strategies (CIARS) organization reports into Enterprise Complaints and Remediations (ECR) in the Chief Operating Office (COO). The CIARS organization is comprised of five specialized customer impact resolution teams, each uniquely dedicated to ensuring the strategic, effective, and timely delivery of commitments to our customers:
  • Customer Impact Resolution Strategies
  • Customer Impact Resolution Integration Program
  • Enterprise Redress Office
  • Mediation Program
  • Specialized Customer Care and Resolution
In addition to resolving customer impact, CIARS oversees the development and distribution of key ECR executive reporting deliverables and strategic communications to critical audiences, including Operating Committee, board of directors, regulators, and executive leadership, and leads ECR-wide strategic planning efforts, defining its strategic priorities and monitoring the organization's progress toward key objectives.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage the end-to-end development and delivery of high visibility, executive-level presentations to critical internal and external audiences
  • Act as a strategic communications consultant to executive and senior leaders
  • Coordinate and drive executive meetings
  • Ensure compliance with controls including artifacts and records management, data gathering oversight, and brand standards
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges
  • Communicate strategy and related business plans to management
  • Provide guidance to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives enterprise-wide
  • Strong managerial consulting for executive and senior leaders
  • Experience creating executive reporting and building executive-level presentation materials
  • Experience with delivery of high visibility, executive-level presentations to critical internal and external audiences
  • Strong ability to develop compelling narratives and present complex ideas in a clear, concise, and understandable manner
  • Advanced MS Office experience including expert-level PowerPoint skills
  • Experience setting and monitoring performance outcomes
  • Experience coordinating and driving executive meetings
  • Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
  • Ability to motivate groups and to quickly gain the trust/confidence of executive leaders
  • Experience reporting on the progress of organizational strategic priorities
