In this role, you will:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience and proven track record in leading projects involving JBPM, RHPAM, BPMN, Spring Boot, Microservices, Drools, and JBPM task management.
- Expertise in BPM concepts, methodologies, and architectural patterns, with a deep understanding of workflow orchestration and process automation.
- Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks, with strong object-oriented design skills and architectural principles.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices design principles, with hands-on experience in building scalable and resilient distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively and interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Prior experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies, with a focus on delivering iterative and incremental value to stakeholders.
- Strong commitment to quality, with a keen eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement in software development practices and processes.
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building scalable, high-performance systems using Spring Boot, Kafka, and event-driven design. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing distributed systems, optimizing performance, and mentoring junior developers.
