Lead Finance Analyst - Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Finance Deposits team

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Finance Analyst to join the Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Finance Deposits team. The team is focused on providing strategic financial guidance and advice to the WIM Deposits leadership team. This role will be instrumental in providing core financial reporting and analysis along with support for key strategic priorities that the WIM Deposits team is executing against. This role will also have to partner with other key WIM and Corporate Finance teams, including Treasury, WIM FP&A and BLT FPA along with others.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and facilitate initiatives on matters related to WIM Deposits as well as financial consulting related to WIM Deposits business performance
  • Lead the efforts of team members, providing instruction and guidance in order to deliver on goals.
  • Ability to lead discussions and idea generation with finance senior management, cross functional partners and with WIM business leaders.
  • Lead complex initiatives on matters related to financial research and reporting as well as financial consulting related to business performance
  • Research strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning
  • Review technical challenges that require evaluation or multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in maintaining effective and efficient reporting delivery that meets brand standards and internal control standards
  • Lead implementation of the most complex initiatives impacting multiple lines of business companywide
  • Meet deliverables and drive new initiatives with solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • 5+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:
  • Experience in Finance or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
