In this role, you will:
- Participate in performing financial research, underwriting, and structuring of Agribusiness relationships within the Commercial Banking Portfolio Management functional area
- Review and analyze business financial statements and tax returns
- Resolve issues in conjunction with the functional Commercial Banking Portfolio Management team, to meet project deliverables, while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with Commercial Banking Portfolio Management peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Assist with training junior level talent

- 2+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience managing credit portfolio including independent underwriting
- Experience underwriting agribusiness, production agriculture, or related career experience
- Experience underwriting commodities with understanding of hedging practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Candidate that excels in team environment
- Some travel may be required
