About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Valuations Coordinator for the Real Estate Valuations/Project Review team. This position is the first step in a rewarding career in financial services. Real Estate Valuation Services (REVS) works to ensure all real estate valuations/appraisals are reliable.

  • Support in performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans to ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures for loan products.
  • Perform loan documentation for moderately complex loans.
  • Process project reviews for loans classified as a condominium
  • Interpret Loan Documentation policies while analyzing applicant, property, and documentation, ordering all required verifications, documentation, and subsequent follow ups.
  • Receive direction from Loan Documentation supervisor and escalate non-routine questions.
  • Manage an assigned pipeline of loans and provide guidance and training to other Loan Documentation individuals.
  • Interact with immediate Loan Documentation team and functional area on routine process.
  • Responsible for knowing and understanding the condo/co-op project approval requirements.
  • Responsible for requesting insurance and condo/co-op project approval documents.
  • Review and submit condo documents to the underwriter for review.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of Valuations or Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Prior experience/familiarity with Collateral Management System (CMS) and REVS
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Collections or default experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • 2 plus years of Mortgage processing experience or insurance experience
  • 1 plus years Previous CORE experience, fulfillment web, and/or ICMP (imaging system)
  • Solid decision-making skills

  • Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (hybrid)
