Overview
Waters Corporation are seeking an Accounts Payable team member to join the Accounts Team in either Wilmslow, UK or Wexford, Ireland location. This is a 12-month FTC and will be a hybrid role, working 3 days a week on site.

Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable Invoice processing
- Processing fixed assets invoices
- Inter-company Invoice processing
- Answering vendor queries
- Updating Purchase order spreadsheets
- General ledger account analysis
- Processing payments on a weekly basis
- Accounts Payable Project work
- Support global project implementation Ariba
- Other Ad-Hoc reporting and administrative duties as required

Qualifications
Education: High School Education, including maths and english.
Experience:
- Some Accounts Assistant experience
- SAP & Excel knowledge are beneficial
- SAP Ariba knowledge beneficial
- Great written and oral communication skills are required
- Computer literate - MS Suite. Excel would be advantageous to produce reports and analyze data optimally.
- Proficient English
- Language skills would be an advantage Spanish, German or French
