What you'll do...
Consults with cross-functional partners to create custom advertising solutions that address both short-term and long-term customer needs. Communicates effectively with colleagues across different departments or specialties within an organization . Leverages the strengths and skills of each team to achieve common goals. Articulates ideas, plans, and priorities to team members across different functions and actively listens to input from other teams to incorporate feedback into sales strategies and objectives.
Manages financial results in an assigned area of responsibility. Understands the financial aspects of the role, including revenue generation, budgeting, and cost efficiency. Makes decisions that positively impact the financial health of the organization. Implements effective sales strategies that maximize profitability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Leverages data and metrics to analyze problems and evaluate potential solutions. Demonstrates creative thinking, analytical reasoning, and the application of sales knowledge and experience. Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in psychology or related area.
Option 2: Master's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
Option 3: 5 years' experience in brand advertising (for example, television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
5 years' experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
5 years' experience managing client accounts.
5 years' experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.
