---- Basic Qualifications ----
- Execution and delivery: Independently manage a team of data annotators to drive quality and efficiency. Delivery qualitative and quantitative insights to help improve the model development and maintenance based on customer's needs
- Program Leadership: Defines program KPIs. Ensures alignment with stakeholder objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams across ops, engineering and product for all data annotation needs with Uber.
- Financial: Owns program budget. Drives efficiency. Run experiments to move to low cost operating models while keeping a high bar on quality.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate program risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze program performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Communication: Provide regular program updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership. Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews.
