What You'll Do:
* Be the operational glue that holds together major team efforts for large and strategic projects, initiatives, and deployments, helping the Operations Team to meet profitability goals
* Support the Uber team by defining precise actions on the city and region-wide projects with an expansion and implementation focus. You'll see the immediate impact of your decisions in the market!

* Develop Strategic Insights - Take big-picture ideas and break them into actionable steps to understand the marketplace the company is in and develop insights that will help us deliver our main projects
* Work closely with the operations teams to streamline processes by managing and working with different stakeholders to set initiatives, campaigns, budgets, and projects along the region
* Be Resourceful and Take Initiative. Take ownership of Uber's growth in your city and do everything you can to support and enhance the quality of our services and products
What You'll Need:
* Bachelor's degree with at least 3+ years of experience in Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking, Business Intelligence or related fields, but we will consider candidates with other backgrounds if they meet our other requirements.
* Experience with SQL, Python or any other programming language preferred
* Data-driven & analytical approach - we solve problems based on data
* Superior organizational skills - organizing and planning are your jam
* Hands-on orientation - we want you to act like a business owner!
* Project Management mindset - you will own your projects end-to-end in a future regulated context
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
* Develop analytical and decision frameworks to support product, channel, and site strategies
* Problem-Solving ability to solve business contingencies
* Professional proficiency in English and Spanish
