About the Role
The Product & Projects Operations role is a strategic position focused on supporting the Delivery Merchant Operations team in shaping our product strategies. This role involves close collaboration with Product and LatAm Central Operations teams to drive product rollouts and lead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing Merchant Quality and Marketplace Experience.
What You'll Do
- Use data-driven analysis to influence Merchant Product teams and stakeholders, proposing solutions that help develop technology addressing key opportunities.
- Identify and prioritize new features or improvements that could enhance merchant quality and experience. Measure their impact and collaborate with Product and Operations teams to launch these initiatives in LatAm.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with key stakeholders, providing timely updates on product launches.
- Lead projects with cross-functional teams to improve processes and tools.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal teams (operations, product, customer support, policy, and legal) to scope, test, and implement initiatives effectively.
- Collaborate with local and global partners, confidently communicating and presenting insights to support decision-making.

What You'll Need:
Basic Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in business consulting, operations, product management, or project management.
- English proficiency.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, analysis, and communication.
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret and present data to a variety of audiences in an engaging, clear, and concise manner.
- Proven experience in project and program management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to bring key stakeholders together and foster teamwork across different functions.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making, supported by strong critical and analytical thinking skills. You'll be working with reports, experiments, pricing models, and scaling processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL (nice to have).
