How You Will Contribute o As a lead Mobility and Intune engineer, this role will focus on the Global Mobility platform across TransUnion regions. This role is part of the Engineering IT services team and will support all end Users Some of the tasks for this role will include o Provides both Mobile Engineering leadership and hands on design within the Mobility domain for both Corporate and BYOD Phones. o Management of the Intune platform, maintaining an MDM (Mobile Device Management) and MAM (Mobile Application Management) Policy that are distributed across all end user mobile devices. o A hands-on role within Mobility and Intune in the development process including design, and support of the end user mobile devices. o Provides technical leadership, hands on development by inspiring your teammates to think creatively as they deliver high quality software solutions. What You Will Bring &bull Extensive knowledge of enterprise mobility expense management tools (Mobility Central or similar) &bull Extensive knowledge of enterprise cellular carrier management including managing mobile spend, line and contract optimization, mobile device ordering, and device lifecycle management. &bull Experience managing enterprise mobility device management systems including Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager &bull Experience with mobile device troubleshooting and support, specifically Apple iOS &bull Maintaining asset inventory and accounting of end user mobile devices &bull Manage day to day engineering within mobility domain with emphasis placed on provisioning and maintaining asset inventory. &bull Familiar with mobile technologies, including MDM app deployments and Intune &bull Configuration of Intune and O365 for mobility capabilities &bull Ability to identify areas where mobility gaps exist and recommend supportable solutions &bull Create and maintain documentation as needed, including knowledge articles, technical documents, and training video We'd Prefer to See &bull Ability to document, maintain, and improve mobility processes &bull Ability to communicate effectively &bull Strong multi-taking skills; ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment&bull Relevant Mobility Certifications &bull Ability to utilize End User Analytics and Monitoring Software &bull Experience with Intune MDM software for Mobility Management and End user device management &bull Experience maintaining asset management software and self-service portal for software deployment Knowledge: &bull Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience. &bull Exceptional interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation. &bull 3+ years' experience in provisioning IOS and Android Company owned and BYOD mobile devices. &bull 3+ years of experience in complex Mobile environment &bull Budget management, asset management and forecasting &bull Knowledge of M365 Platform and collaboration applications within mobile MDM environment &bull 3+ years working within mobile telecom provisioning platform Skills: &bull Exceptional relationship management and collaboration skills to work in a global team environment with a common goal &bull Highly organized individual &bull Expert understanding Mobile engineering and operations Doman &bull Familiarity with Microsoft enterprise architecture that includes M365, W365, Intune and SCCM. &bull Excellent problem-solving skills &bull Excellent verbal and written skills &bull Excellent time management and organizational skills
