Job Responsibilities
Content Strategy Development:
- Create a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and identifies target audiences.
Content Creation:
- Work with internal and external resources to produce high-quality content across formats (blogs, social media, articles, video scripts, infographics, case studies, award submissions, speaking proposals) and supporting the team in their creation of marketing materials, such as product sheets, webinar invites, surveys, etc. to ensure content messaging stays consistent throughout all external communications.
Editorial Calendar Management:
- Plan and schedule content publication to ensure consistency and maximize reach across various channels.
Channel Distribution:
- Utilize the best distribution channels, including the company website, social media, email marketing, and industry publications, to reach target audiences.
Performance Measurement:
- Track metrics like website traffic, engagement, conversions, and social shares to assess the effectiveness of content marketing efforts.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and PR teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and campaigns.
SEO Optimization:
- Integrate SEO best practices into content to enhance organic search rankings and brand visibility.
Budget Management:
- Efficiently allocate resources for content creation and distribution activities.
Trend Monitoring:
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new content opportunities and adapt strategies.
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in a content marketing position for a fintech company
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, PR, Communications or related field or work experience.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and identify content hooks.
- Experience with digital marketing teams and tools.
- You are a hard-working, detailed, organized, and motivated self-starter, who enjoys challenges and is not deterred by complicated/complex situations.
- You have the willingness and know-how to deeply understand the market, customers and competition.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable presenting and sharing work with executive leadership.
- You have the ability to work collaboratively with a large number of teams across multiple countries, time-zones, backgrounds and functions to develop content and help the team move projects to completion.

- The current pay range for this role is currently $175,000 to $195,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, and internal guidelines.
- This role will also be eligible to participate in Tradeweb's discretionary bonus program.
- This role is expected to remain open until 2/1/2025.
