Responsibilities
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.
We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the team and take responsibility for the overall goals, while coordinating with PR/GR/Legal and other cross-functional teams, addressing risks and challenges.
- Recruit potential SMB streamers, including converting platform creators into streamers and attracting external merchants to TT.
- Oversee the cold start and basic operational SOP for merchant livestreams, ensuring basic retention and business operations.

- Manage merchant performance, including stream duration and activity for content consumption, as well as tracking leads towards business targets.
- Educate, train, and communicate product capabilities, campaigns, and features to merchants.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Over 2 years of team management experience
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and a passion for live content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to an international and diverse environment.
- Bachelor's degree or higher
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with live streaming, content operations,,or leads gen operation
- Established connections with Live creators, celebrities, or content influencers.
- 3-5 years in content operations or eads gen operation, data analysis, or related fields, preferably within the tech industry.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
